We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were impressed by the delicious food served at both breakfast and dinner, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location in the midst of a beautiful pine forest created a peaceful and serene atmosphere. We loved the convenience of the shuttle bus that transported us directly to the slopes, making it easy to enjoy our skiing adventures. The hotel also provided ample parking, which was a bonus for us.
This hotel is a fantastic choice for families.

heating, bowling
the hotel is at least 2 Km away from the nearest lift, the 1 Km of this distance is in the main street but the other 1Km is in a private road very unsafe (full of ice) for driving or walking in the winter time

Staff in the restaurant was not so good. On your web site it says that it is short walking distance to the slopes. Well, it was quite far to reach with car.

Hotel was near a forest which provided some fresh air. The hotel was also clean and had a well-maintained spa. The hotel staff was friendly.
Lack of options for meals and the small servings. , the restaurant hours were irregular.

Clean, quiet, polite staff, great spa included in the price!
Requires driving to ski lifts, mini bus goes to and from the lifts twice a day!

the attitude of the hotel personnel was terrible. The water dispenser at breakfast did not work and there was no water at disposal of the guests. Very poor breakfast.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the forest and mountains from our balcony. The hotel facilities had everything we needed, including a great swimming pool and saunas to relax after a long day on the slopes. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with plenty of options to choose from every day. Additionally, the hotel offered transportation to and from the ski slopes, making our stay even more convenient.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location is incredible, in a forest clearing just off the main road. On the days following a powder flurry the forest all around is breathtakingly beautiful! The room was clean and well heated, the furniture new. The WC small but well arranged and clean. The shower was great. Breakfast was very good indeed (by Pamporovo hotel standards it was phenomenal, the best we've had there, and we've been visiting different hotels there for years!) Convenient free shuttle bus to the ski lift stations in the morning and afternoon.
No telephone in our room (though friends next door did have one, maybe it was removed for repair or something?) In the rooms that did have phones where friends stayed, the phones didn't ring when you called from room to room. The countryside road that passes in front of Hotel Finlandia and leads to Hotel Belmont is gorgeous but steep. After heavy snowfall, it freezes over and it's very difficult to traverse it uphill (downhill it's fine) unless one fits snow chains or has 4WD. I got trapped in their parking lot this way: the lovely looking lady manager took some convincing but eventually partly accepted responsibility and found a towing cable for us to borrow.

The rooms were clean, warm and with good space. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. It is located inside the beautiful forest. The massage was quite good (volcano stones). The bar prepared excellent coffees and hot chocolate. The staff was friendly.
Many of the staff did not speak good or even any english. You need a snow capable car to reach the hotel from the main road and especially to get out of the hotel to the main road (uphill). If you dont have a car, It is a short but difficult and dangerous walk to the ski center ,if there is snow ,so you need to use the shuttle bus.

Great weekend away! the hotel was super modern and clean, with comfortable rooms. the location was perfect, close to the slopes and town center. We enjoyed the heated pool and the gym facilities were top notch. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We found the prices at the hotel bar and restaurant to be overpriced. the food could have been better, not much variety for vegetarians.

I enjoyed a nice variety of diets during morning buffet
Wifi signal was awful throughout the whole Floor 3,2,4. Though could check emails in the bar and lounge areas

We had a great time in the mountains with stunning views! There are a few places in the area where you can buy a bottle of water or rent ski equipment at a reasonable price. the room and bathroom were clean and tidy, with a lovely view from the window. the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of food on offer and the hotel facilities such as the spa, swimming pool and bowling alley were very enjoyable.
Some staff members could have been more welcoming and helpful.
